How to install

1 USB sideload - LG Signage

Format a stick as FAT32, create folder LG/installation/, drop the IPK in. On the display: Home → Settings → General → Installer, insert the stick, press OK.

2 SuperSign / SI Server push

Upload the IPK as a new application in SuperSign Manager. Assign it to the target group; the display auto-installs over the management channel.

3 LG TV in Developer Mode

npm i -g @webosose/ares-cli, register the TV with ares-setup-device, then ares-install --device tv im.ipk followed by ares-launch --device tv com.imagesignage.player.

4 Browser kiosk (no install)

Skip the IPK entirely: any display with a browser can open lg.imaginesignage.app directly. Pairing, offline playback and rotation all work the same as the installed app.
